What information do I need to provide?
To make sure your glasses are made correctly and fit comfortably, we’ll need a few key details from you. This page explains exactly what to prepare before placing an order at Cinily Glasses on cinilyglasses.com.
1) Your Prescription Details
If you’re ordering prescription lenses, please provide your prescription exactly as written by your eye doctor. Most prescriptions include:
- SPH (Sphere) – the strength of your distance or near vision correction
- CYL (Cylinder) – astigmatism correction, if applicable
- AXIS – the orientation of your astigmatism correction, if applicable
- ADD – additional near correction for reading or progressive lenses, if applicable
- PD (Pupillary Distance) – the distance between your pupils; see the next section
Tip: If your prescription is written for contact lenses, you may need a separate eyeglass prescription. Contact us before ordering if you’re unsure.
2) Pupillary Distance (PD)
PD helps us position your prescription lenses correctly in front of your eyes. You can provide:
- Single PD – for example, 63 mm
- Dual PD – for example, R 31 mm / L 32 mm

3) Lens Choices: What You Want Your Lenses to Do
Please select the lens options that match your needs:
- Lens type: Single vision, reading, or progressive (multifocal)
- Usage: Everyday wear, office work, driving, or outdoor activities
- Coatings: Anti-reflective, UV protection, and optional blue light filtering
- Optional upgrades: Photochromic (light-adaptive) or polarized lenses

- Needing help understanding or confirming your prescription format
6) What If I’m Missing Something?
No problem. If any required information is missing, especially your PD or prescription values, we’ll contact you before production starts.
